I Like Speaking

I’m not too big on self-aggrandizement, but I do like speaking. I think it is partially an ego thing, I mean who does not love the idea of being able to speak to a group of people and whether knowingly or not change someone’s life. But I think the main reason I do it is because I want to get better at it, and I want to get better at it because I respect the power of the spoken word. 

So for Three Action Thursday this week, I am sharing two of my own talks and one of my favorite TED Talks. Enjoy!!!

1. Reverse Engineering Success at George Washington University – This was a talk I gave about my career, and some of the key habits and focus items that led to my success in business.
2. Reverse Engineering Innovation at Tech at the Gap – Similar talk but with an innovation and the concern about technology outpacing human’s ability to change.
